Location: Richmond Villages Wood Norton, Evesham Road, Worcestershire, WR11 4TY (SatNav WR11 4YB)

Salary: From £13.65 per hour, paid breaks

Bank shifts: Between 7am-7pm (no late nights), offering an excellent work-life balance.

Our award-winning Richmond Village Wood Norton is currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join their lively and dynamic team. This role involves more than just cooking; it's about enhancing residents' quality of life through the joy of food. You will play a key role in preparing a diverse range of dishes in our contemporary village restaurant, catering to various dietary needs to ensure meals are nutritious and delicious. The position offers opportunities to develop practical cooking skills, with potential career progression within the culinary field. The community atmosphere fosters social interactions, staff events, camaraderie, and teamwork, making it a place where professional growth and creating an engaging dining experience go hand in hand.

If you are passionate about food and have experience working in a professional kitchen, we want to hear from you! An NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds and a CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or equivalent are desirable but not essential, along with an understanding of health and safety procedures.

The successful candidate will be open to new ideas, have an innovative and organized approach to cooking, adhere to high standards, and remain calm during busy service times. You should enjoy working collaboratively to deliver excellent dining experiences at each mealtime.
