Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Chef-de-Partie for a luxury branded Lounge at London Heathrow Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, assisting in kitchen operations, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours are offered, with a competitive pay rate of £16.00 per hour plus holiday premiums. Ideal candidates will have experience in European cuisine and food hygiene certifications.

Job description

We at Aviation Recruitment Network LTD are recruiting for Chef-de- Partie position for a luxury branded Lounge at London Heathrow Airport-Various terminals.

Pay Rate for CDP £16.00 p/h + (£20.72 - £30.00 p/h Bank Holiday Premiums)

Shift Times: 04:30 am – 14:00 pm and 13:30 pm – 22:00 pm (4 on 2 off)

The roles will involve working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Always Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas
  • Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards
  • Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plans
Benefits:
  • Meal whilst on duty.
  • Weekly or monthly pay.
  • Full time hours between 37.5hrs or 40hrs per week.
  • Designer uniform and ongoing training with progression.
Qualifications:
  • Experience of cooking European or Continental cuisine.
  • Similar experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment.
  • Food hygiene certifications.
  • Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport.
