Chef de Partie – £32k Per Annum – Award Winning Restaurant – Braemar
Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie, for our client, an award winning Hotel in the Braemar area. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, from a luxury hospitality background, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.
The successful Chef de Partie will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, managing one of 4 sections, whilst being creative in sharing ideas on menu development. The Chef de Partie will be passionate about locally sourced food, with all ingredients being sourced from local suppliers in order to provide sustainable but excellent dishes.
