Chef de Partie – Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty. You will manage and train any demi‑chef de parties or commis working with you, support the sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes and menus, and ensure the kitchen maintains high food‑hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards. You will also monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
