We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a vibrant, ingredient-led restaurant in East London. With a strong focus on seasonal British produce and open-fire cooking techniques, we pride ourselves on great flavour, quality, and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run your own section during service, maintaining consistency, portion size, timing and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute the menu aligned with seasonal produce and open-fire cooking methods.
  • Assist in prep work, stock rotation and mise-en-place, ensuring your section is well prepared.
  • Keep your station clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards.
