There is an exciting opportunity to join theContinuing Healthcare (CHC) and Complex Care team in Humber and North YorkshireIntegrated Care Board (ICB).

We are seeking up to 3.0 WTE System andPerformance Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis of up to oneyear. The focus of the role will be data cleanse work across the ICB footprint.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional dataskills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and systems,experience of all age continuing care, and the ability to foster collaborativerelationships with key stakeholders.

As System and Performance Administrator, youwill be responsible for the improvement of the data across the multiple systemswithin the organisation. You will work as part of a team dedicated to dataimprovement. You will be part of the team responsible for training of otherteam members across the organisation, including some operational team members.

Your role will also involve ensuringcompliance with national and local policies.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will play a key roleas part of the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and complex care team alongside theCHC, Finance and Performance Teams. They will ensure that the CHC system(s) areused to capture and record patient information is kept up to date andfunctionality understood and supported across the whole CHC team. This willinclude supporting the management, reporting and monitoring of data containedwithin the CHC system for performance management, in line with nationalrequirements.

The role will be responsible forsupporting the ICB levelling up CHC systems to ensure functionality isconsistent across operational, finance and performance and support with thepotential mergers of systems.

The post holder will help ensure datagenerated by the Complex Care Team is captured within the CHC system so thatthe system is comprehensive and robust and allows for the accurate managementof caseloads and the presentation of that data. The interface with financeallows for the most up to date data and information to be used for operationaland strategic forecasting and modelling whilst supporting the day-to-dayclinical team with operational decisions and planning.

The post holder will check thevalidity of the data, before sharing with: CHC and Complex Care Team ManagementGroup; Sign off regarding accuracy will be required prior to submissions toRegional and National Bodies who have a need to receive that data.

The postholder will need tomaintain strong links with the ICB Analytics / Business Intelligence team aspart of the monthly and quarterly performance reporting requirements.

The post holder will work as asuperuser for CHC systems, providing support to members of the Complex Careteam.

The post holder will providecomplex reports produced using data from CHC at the request of the Complex CareManagement Team.

The post holder will play akey role in supporting the Complex Care area of the ICB. Working within theremit of the National Framework for Continuing Healthcare, informationgovernance and performance management the post holder will deliver an effectiveand competent level of service and consistently deliver a client-focusedservice.

The post holder will be required to work with minimal supervision and using their own initiative aswell as working as part of the wider complex care ICB team. They willdemonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team withresponsibility for specifically allocated tasks. The post holder will be expected to followset processes, prioritise their own workload and demonstrate initiative inorder to fulfil the requirements of the post. Excellent interpersonal skillsand communication skills are essential plus an ability to deal with and managehighly sensitive and confidential information.

The post holder must have aflexible and adaptable approach to their work in order to meet demandingdeadlines and have the ability and resilience to regularly deal with a range ofroutine and non-routine administrative and data tasks as required to deliver anefficient and effective service.

The role will beresponsible for supporting the ICB levelling up CHC systems to ensurefunctionality is consistent across operational, finance and performance andsupport with the potential mergers of systems.
