Job Profile

• Excellent opportunity exists for a Chartered Engineer to join an independent firm of surveying experts serving clients across the UK and Ireland in the commercial property and social housing sectors.
• They are ideally seeking an individual living in the Midlands or South East to deal with a portfolio of mainly subsidence losses for the insurance industry.
• Dealing with projects on a cradle to grave basis you will have to be proactive and work efficiently.
• This role would also suit someone who is looking for further responsibility with the opportunity to grow your own team in the region and even expand the portfolio of work/clients.
• This role will be home based with several regional offices across the UK.

Applicant Requirements

• Candidates must be a Chartered Engineer and ideally will have worked in the insurance sector dealing with subsidence losses.
• You must be self motivated and well organised, with the ambition to develop into a managerial role and managing your own team.
