Qualifications

• Experience in retail or equivalent experience in Building Surveying or Construction desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building dilapidation / defect diagnosis inspections.
• Carrying out building related surveys and inspections.
• Quality and cost assurance checks of maintenance building works.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team for planned maintenance.
• Ensuring statutory compliance on all building maintenance.
