Their team works across a wide range of sectors – including office, retail, residential, industrial, mixed‑use and education – helping clients improve the performance, resilience and value of their buildings across the lifecycle.

The Role

This role offers a mix of project delivery and professional services, including:

  • Leading surveys on commercial and residential buildings and preparing technical reports
  • Contract administration and site inspections through project stages
  • Input into project monitoring, property improvement and performance work
  • Client communication and collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supporting senior surveyors and contributing to practice growth in Cardiff
