We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor looking for a rewarding career journey. Role Responsibilities
  • To ensure business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
  • To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
  • Comply with established procurement, commercial and contractual strategies
  • To comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline
  • MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body
  • Strong technical delivery experience
  • Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
  • Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion
  • Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders
  • Previously employed by a consultancy
  • Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
