A reputable fundraising organization in Salisbury is looking for fundraisers to engage with the public and generate donations for well-loved charities. The role offers flexible working hours, a guaranteed hourly rate, and travel reimbursement. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and access to a vehicle. Prior experience in sales or fundraising is beneficial but not mandatory. This is an opportunity to significantly contribute to charitable causes while enjoying a work-life balance.
Full or part‑time roles available (21–35 hours per week). £30,000 – £40,000 OTE with a guaranteed hourly rate and mileage allowance. Flexible working hours, door‑to‑door roles, 20 days holiday (pro‑rata) plus a birthday off, pension scheme, and full training & ongoing support.
As a fundraiser you will represent and generate donations on behalf of some of the most loved charities in the UK. Your day will involve having genuine, passionate conversations with the general public, supporting the charity with small regular donations, and asking supporters to become regular donors through signing up to monthly Direct Debit. You will visit local people in their homes, knock door‑to‑door, and express the charity’s needs.
Hourly paid role enhanced by commission, with full‑time and part‑time options. Work within 30 minutes of home, receive travel reimbursement, and enjoy general work‑life balance with flexible hours. You can compress hours over two weeks to get blocks of days off. Guaranteed hourly rate with bonus for exceeding targets, 20 days holiday (extra birthday day), time off over Christmas, daily mileage allowance, autonomy to manage your own working day, and support when needed.
