Job summary

A leading charity organization based in the heart of Westminster is seeking an organized Events Coordinator to support their busy Head Office team for 3 months. The role involves coordinating and providing administrative support for fundraising events, ensuring smooth execution, and managing income logging. The ideal candidate will have experience in events or fundraising, possess strong administrative skills, and be able to work efficiently in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in events and/or fundraising.
  • Strong administrative and coordination experience, ideally within a similar setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across fundraising events.
  • Support the delivery of flagship special and challenge events, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
  • Manage income logging for the External Relations team.
