Overview

We're looking for aspiring leaders and clinically credible nurses to join our dedicated team in West Norfolk as a Charge Nurse on Samphire Ward. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and progress your nursing career.

Key Accountabilities
  • Take responsibility for supporting your care team and work within governance processes to implement individualised and responsive care.
  • Collaboratively support the Ward Manager and Matron to ensure effective ward management across environmental, financial, and clinical aspects.
Qualifications
  • Registered mental health nurse with strong clinical expertise.
  • Experience in inpatient settings is preferred but experience in other mental health areas is welcomed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, personal resilience, and enthusiasm for working with acutely unwell adults and families.
  • Full PMA fitness required and ability to work nights, weekends, and 7‑day shift patterns.
