What you’ll do

Contribute to cross-functional projects across technology and business areas, aiming to improve customer experience and operational performance. Participate in initiatives that span architecture, service delivery, and business analysis. Take on project work from initiation through delivery and collaborate with teams across the organisation.

What you’ll need

Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplace stated in this advert. Occasional travel to other offices is expected on a project/role basis. An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships; ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment; and flexibility to work in a varied role with teams across the world.

Entry Requirements

You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 from your bachelor\'s (or equivalent) degree. At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) from 3 A-level subjects (or equivalent). A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE. You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
