Department: YUR - 2105 - Operational Support

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Reporting To: Read Dispute Team Leader

Compensation: £26,000 / year

Description

Reports to: Read Dispute Team Leader

Location: Nottingham

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

To support the Operations Department with change of supply meter reading disputes on our customer accounts. You will develop your skills on query management, taking ownership and meeting designated deadlines. You will already be great at organisation, prioritisation & relationship building at all levels.

What We Need from Yü
  • Assisting with inbound & outbound email queries
  • Managing read disputes through to resolution
  • Rebilling accounts as required
  • Keeping customers updated and providing them with resolutions
  • Developing skills to manage deadlines and stakeholders’ expectations
  • Daily prioritising and managing workload from various workstreams
  • Administration of meter readings in the billing system
  • Learning & developing numerical skills
  • Developing & learning relationship skills with key stakeholders (Internal & External)
  • Recording written information on customer accounts for audit
  • Looking for process efficiencies
  • Working in association with other energy suppliers and our third‑party partners
