We re looking for a dynamic Change Manager/Project Manager who s ready to lead meaningful transformation and deliver high-value projects that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to bring people together, and love turning complex challenges into clear, successful outcomes, this role is for you.

What You ll Do as the Change Manager/Project Manager
  • Own and lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • Build robust project plans, manage budgets, resources and timelines
  • Partner with teams, senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive progress
  • Spot risks early, solve problems fast, and remove delivery blockers
  • Run governance, prepare board updates and keep decision-makers aligned
  • Lead the rollout of new processes, systems and ways of working
  • Ensure teams are informed, engaged and ready for change
  • Manage and develop Change Analysts, guiding them to deliver their best
  • Oversee use cases, test plans and UAT activities to ensure quality outcomes
What You Bring
  • Strong track record delivering end-to-end projects and change
  • Ability to deliver at pace while keeping quality high
  • Experience coordinating UAT and defining test plans
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar)
  • Great communication skills, confident with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong vendor/third-party management ability
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • A solution-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude
