  • Ensure seamless implementation of the new process, providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transition
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new process, making adjustments as necessary to optimise performance
  • Contribute to the definition of a long-term strategy for process and technology optimisation, paving the way for sustainable change
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably within the utilities or a similar operational environment
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and a track record of successful implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics
  • Analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in change management, process improvement, or a related field
