A leading change and transformation consultancy in the UK seeks an experienced Change Manager to implement transformative changes in clients' response processes. We are seeking a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving significant improvements to our client's response process. By building on the review of their current end‑to‑end response process and the design of a new, enhanced process, you will implement transformative changes that will improve performance, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance stakeholder experience, and define a path to long‑term process and technology optimisation.
Applicants must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
