About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation specialists on a 12‑month fixed‑term secondment as a Change Manager. You will work with the No7 Beauty Company Transformation Programme team, committed to transitioning the beloved beauty brands business to a new operating model that enables successful delivery of long‑term growth plans.

We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to lead the people agenda for change in the strategic transformation of our No7 Beauty Company operating model. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of capabilities, behaviours and culture that successfully enable new structures, and adoption of new ways of working including governance, processes, data and technologies across our global beauty business. You will work with the programme team, cross‑functional teams, senior leaders and external partners to embed change that creates long‑term sustainable value, with care for the strategic ambition.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a change management strategy tailored to transforming the business' operating model to remain future‑fit in a volatile beauty sector.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop capability development plans with multiple team members.
  • Co‑ordinate the development of a future vision and strategic narrative that inspires and ignites people’s passion for personal and business growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance to ensure agreement and support of the new operating model and changes required.
  • Build coalitions of change champions across multiple teams and regions.
  • Design engaging communication plans that reflect the business transformation and new operating model.
  • Deliver messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, across multiple specialisms, areas of expertise and global regions.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D to create training programmes that support new ways of working.
  • Ensure teams are equipped to adopt new processes.
  • Monitor readiness and adoption metrics, using feedback to refine strategies.
  • Find and address resistance through targeted interventions.
  • Embed change activities into programme plans and ensure understanding of project milestones.
  • Support Agile delivery teams with change enablement tools and frameworks.
  • Coach leaders to be visible sponsors of change and role models of new behaviours.
  • Provide toolkits and guidance to help managers lead their teams through transition.
What you'll need to have
  • Proven experience developing and delivering engagement, culture and capability improvement plans or initiatives.
  • Proven experience of implementing new ways of working that deliver value in a complex business.
  • Strong understanding of multiple functions including Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Research and Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation in a consumer‑centric environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, secure support, resolve conflicts and manage expectations at all levels.

Collaborator, able to maintain relationships and work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a global matrixed organisation.

  • Experience in leading change for operating model transformations, within CPG or beauty/fashion industries.
  • Knowledge and experience of Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, APM).
  • APM Change Management practitioner (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience of process improvement methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Agile and Scrum, BPR.
