A leading UK water company is looking for a Change Lead who will shape and deliver change strategies to help colleagues adapt to new systems and processes. You will develop training and communication strategies, manage a team of Change Analysts, and build relationships with stakeholders. The role offers a competitive salary starting from £61,010 per annum, along with benefits like annual leave, car allowance, and a generous pension scheme. Flexible working arrangements are also available in a hybrid or on-site capacity.
As a Change Lead, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering change strategies that help our colleagues embrace, adopt, and use new systems and processes. You’ll:
Base location: Hybrid/ Reading, with occasional travel across the Thames Water sites
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
