Job description
What You Will Do
  • Support the definition and roll out of change management to achieve the greatest speed and flexibility while maintaining adequate control and record keeping
  • Set up and maintain accurate records and logs for deviations, concessions, changes and change actions, leading the change control process while ensuring engineers complete their responsibilities on time
  • Prepare input data and documentation for review
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders but do not make technical decisions
  • Collaborate closely with others on pre-release preparation and post-release traceability
  • Help maintain structured reporting on change activity, including delay tracking and issue resolution
  • Escalate gaps in change documentation or stakeholder input to enable resolution
