This hybrid role involves driving change communications across projects, building SharePoint sites, and creating content for diverse audiences. Business Change & Communications Specialists - Rail Experience Essential

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Business Change & Communications professional to join a high-profile, fast-paced programme shaping the future of rail. If you thrive in delivery-focused environments, excel at clear communication, and bring proven experience managing change, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a hybrid role with candidates required to work on site 3 days per week, the role falls within IR35 as such the successful candidate will need to work via an Umbrella company.

Responsibilities
  • Drive change and communications activity across multiple projects.
  • Build and optimise SharePoint sites that boost visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling comms content for diverse audiences.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and programme alignment.
  • Work closely with project and change teams to keep everything on track.
Qualifications
  • Strong rail experience (engineering familiarity essential).
  • A solid background delivering both change and communications in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities at pace.
  • SharePoint expertise and a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Desirable extras: creative flair, experience with digital comms tools, and familiarity with change methodologies such as ADKAR or PROSCI.
