Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Chair of the Board to help shape the next chapter of our charity.

As Chair, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership to a knowledgeable and passionate Board
• Work collaboratively with our CEO to ensure strong governance and long-term sustainability
• Champion our values of independence, fairness and inclusion
• Support our staff and volunteers who make our work possible

We are particularly keen to welcome applicants with existing board experience, who can bring purposeful leadership and a commitment to Citizens Advice Jersey’s values. We are looking for someone who can champion our mission, support our team and provide strong, inclusive governance as we move forward.

This is a voluntary position. Board meetings take place quarterly, with additional meetings when needed.
