Qualifications

• Strong grounding in FP&A, understanding valuable insights vs. just accurate.
• Experience in the messy reality of financial management in growing companies.
• Comfortable in the product/tech world, with experience alongside engineers or building tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or coding financial automations is a bonus.
• Excited to learn and experiment with AI.

Responsibilities

• Define world-class CFO thinking and engineer that intelligence into tools and workflows.
• Own the quality bar, ensuring all analysis meets CFO standards and automates evaluation criteria.
• Push AI boundaries in finance by creating prototypes and POCs to solve financial challenges.
