Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Booking Coordinators fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling and staffing operations to ensure timely and accurate placement of healthcare workers.
  • Monitor team performance, set objectives and ensure bookings targets and SLAs are achieved.
  • Support demand forecasting and optimise staff allocation across all branches.
  • Implement efficient workflows and digital tools to streamline the bookings process.
  • Develop strategies to improve fill rates, reduce unfulfilled shifts and maximise worker availability.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safeguarding guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the Operations Director.
  • Champion Hamilton Cross culture values and best practices within the central staffing function.
