CCaaS & Conversation AI Seller
The Sector seller is responsible for developing a sector‑led sales strategy allowing Concentrix to address industries’ unique needs and to create deals that align to prospects’ imperatives and solve their business problems. They achieve this through building a high profile within the sector/market through leadership and becoming a genuine “person of interest.”
They will develop a priority list of targets within a sector or market, nurture these into leads, and manage the opportunities from initial sales qualification through pursuit to close. To achieve this, they will assemble and lead a strong multifunctional team for each deal, utilizing enterprise solution support, practice area expertise, and productive relationships with key buyers and decision‑makers at potential new clients. This is a strategic, individual‑contributor role bringing the best of sales at Concentrix within a high‑culture team environment that positively encourages growth and development.

In this critical role, reporting to the CCaaS & CAI Leader you will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focused on driving revenue, product & services adoption, and market presence for our CCaaS and Conversational AI solutions across the EMEA market.
Your business acumen will enable you to effectively engage with new sales opportunities and manage relationships with clients at the CXO/VP level, particularly in partnership with our Service Line Leaders and our strategic partners. We seek a professional who can think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technology challenges, and who can craft compelling value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners. Your ability to work cross‑functionally to build consensus will be key to your success.
