Overview

Partnering with some of the city’s most prestigious venues and offices, we create events that feel both premium and personal. We’re now looking for a Catering & Pop-Up Manager to join our team and help us share this experience on a bigger scale.

Responsibilities
  • Event Management – Lead catering events and pop-ups across London, from intimate gatherings to large-scale occasions of up to 500 guests.
  • Customer Journey – Take full ownership of the client experience: from first contact, sales, and follow-up, to ensuring guests feel cared for on the day.
  • Hands-On Leadership – Be present at events, coordinating set-up, guiding the team, and stepping in wherever needed to deliver seamless service.
  • Growth & Partnerships – Identify opportunities to expand our presence and secure repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management (London experience a plus).
  • Strong client relationship and sales skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
  • A natural host with genuine passion for great food and convivial experiences.
