Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff.
• Strong experience in food production, food handling and visual presentation of food.
• 2 years of experience in a similar chef/manager position.

• Manage the catering department income and expenditure to meet budgets.
• Ensure accurate production of documentation for monthly management accounts.
• Propose innovative product offerings developing packages for income targets.
• Instruct and supervise direct reports in their relevant duties.
