Overview

Due to growing business demands, we’re expanding our operations team and looking for a talented Technical Support Advisor to join us.

If you have hands-on experience with Bakery and Catering equipment and a strong technical background, this role could be a perfect fit. Whether you’re an Electromechanical Technical Advisor or an Engineer ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

As our Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting field-based engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time technical support to engineers to troubleshoot faults
  • Interpreting technical manuals to ensure accurate part identification
  • Assessing the priority of reactive calls based on severity
  • Triage jobs to streamline resource planning and improve efficiency
  • Transcribing verbal technical details from engineers into company systems
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with precision
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset. You should have:

  • Solid understanding of wiring schematics and technical documentation
  • Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
