Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a high-pressured catering operation.
• Experience working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations are followed.
• Maintain security and safety of food during preparation and distribution.
• Prepare and cook varied and healthy menus including special diets.
• Perform random Quality Checks before, during, and after mealtimes.
• Order all foodstuffs and consumables for catering services.
