Npower, 2 Princes Way, Solihull, West Midlands, England, B91 3ES
32.00 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm

About the Role

Do you pride yourself on providing impeccable customer service? We have a new opportunity for a Café / Barista Assistant to join our site in Solihull. You will support our on‑site café, deli and barista service, ensuring smooth operation and an outstanding experience for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain temperature control records and logs.
  • Serve hot and cold foods at the deli counter.
  • Perform stock taking and rotation.
  • Operate tills and cashless systems.
  • Maintain high levels of health and hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve freshly made Barista coffee.
  • Adhere to food and hygiene standards.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
  • Work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team with a flexible approach.

Training will be provided for the Barista coffee service, which will also be part of your role.
