Job summary

A catering service provider is seeking dedicated kitchen staff in Sheffield, UK. The role involves food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and customer service while maintaining high hygiene standards. Ideal candidates should have a level 1 Food & Hygiene Certificate, previous catering experience, and be available full-time. A driver's license and vehicle access are preferred, and holding an enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months is a must. Start date is ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of sandwiches, wraps, lunches, etc.
• Cleaning the kitchen including work surfaces and floors.
• Serving customers and taking orders and payments.
• Communicating/reporting any issues to management.
• Carrying out basic food hygiene preparation tasks.
• Washing utensils and dishes.

Pay rate from £12.21 per hour, depending on location

Responsibilities

• Preparation of sandwiches, wraps, lunches, etc.
• Cleaning the kitchen such as work surfaces, floors etc.
• Serving
• Taking orders and payments
• Carrying out basic food hygiene preparation tasks
• Washing utensils and dishes
• Able to communicate / report any issues to the management team

Requirements

• An in-date level 1 Food & Hygiene Certificate dated within the last 12 months (we can process one for you free of charge).
• Previous experience in catering sector
• Driver and access to vehicle (preferred)
• Enhanced DBS issued in the last 12 months
• Full time availability
