  • Wash dishes, utensils, crockery, and catering equipment.
  • Keep kitchen floors and surfaces clean and hazard-free.
  • Ensure food storage areas are clean and organized.
  • Perform daily cleaning of catering areas and equipment to high standards.
  • Report equipment defects and safety concerns to management.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Perform any other duties necessary for efficient catering operations.
