Affinity Water has a new job opportunity available as a Part Time Catering Assistant.
The Role:

As a Catering Assistant you will beprovide a vital service in creating fresh, daily meals that fuel our employees and delight the external organisations who use our facilities.Your service will make a real difference to their well-being every day.

What you'll be doing:

As well as undertaking general catering duties, our catering staff are responsible for checking quality and trouble-shooting issues as they arise and continually maintaining high standards of customer service.

  • Preparation of in-house hospitality for meetings and events.
  • Preparation and provision of the lunch time deli bar for sandwiches and salads, ensuring optimum and flexible use of resources at all times.
  • Compliance with all Health, Safety and Well-being working practices and procedures.
  • Ensuring there is always a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained within the Bistro, including undertaking deep cleaning duties as required.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of hygiene in accordance with the Food Hygiene Legislation.

What you'll need:

  • Successfully completed level 3 in Catering Food Safety.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
