A prominent educational institution in Grimsby is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a customer service-based catering role and possess a strong knowledge of food hygiene. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, supporting the catering function, and engaging with both staff and students. You will assist in the catering function, by providing exceptional levels of service within the environment whilst upholding and promoting the establishment values, service style methods and responding to the needs of the business in terms of volume at every point of the customer experience.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience within a customer service led catering/hospitality role with experience working in a kitchen and front of house. You will have specialist knowledge of food hygiene and as a friendly face to staff and students, you will have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic within your work.
