Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and related areas.
• Prepare produce for mealtime, including vegetable preparation.
• Ensure correct storage of dry and perishable produce.
• Safely store cleaning materials.
• Clean cooking utensils and pots to required standards.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Head/Second Chef or Home Manager.

• Ensure correct storage of all dry and perishable produce.
• Safely storing cleaning materials.
• Ensure all cooking utensils and pots are cleaned to the required standards.
• Carry out any tasks assigned by the Head / Second Chef or Home Manager.
