Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Casualty / Liability Claims Handler within their Liability team in Manchester on a Hybrid basis.

You will utilize your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability and report accordingly, ensuring compliance with client requirements and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves investigating and settling liability claims, including legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in accordance with client requirements.
