A leading social care organization in Evesham is seeking a Casual Waking Nights Complex Care Support Worker. In this role, you will provide essential support to learning disabled adults, helping them with daily tasks and enhancing their confidence. A qualification in health or social care is desirable, alongside previous experience in a related field. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Competitive pay at £14.42 per hour, plus additional benefits.

Join us as a Casual Waking Nights Complex Care Support Worker and create a future where learning-disabled people live the best life possible.

A professional qualification in health, education or social care is desirable. In addition, youmustalsohave previous experience supporting individuals within a social care, education or health environment.

We know that life can be complicated for everybody. But some of us are stopped from working towards our dreams. Many learning-disabled people won’t be heard about the support they’d like. Some won’t get to decide what they do for work. Or how to spend or save their money. Many won\'t get to try out the new hobbies they’d love to try.

But you can change all that.

  • Where you’ll be working: Evesham
  • Your salary: £14.42 per hour + 10% + 12.07% (£17.78)
  • Your working hours: Waking Nights - 9.45pm - 7.45am
What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. Listening to their wants and needs, enabling people to do daily tasks such as taking medication, cooking a meal or working with them to build their confidence and take on new adventures they are longing for.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
