A hospitality group is seeking a Casual Hospitality Manager for Preston North End Football Club. The role involves managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to service procedures. Responsibilities

  • Attend pre­‑match manager briefings and required training.
  • Monitor staff working practices to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Work in adherence to food allergens information and service procedures.
  • Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests, minimising wait times.
  • Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages.
  • Deliver optimal customer service experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Deal with customer and staff complaints efficiently.
  • Actively upsell products to maximise revenue capture.

Package Description
  • Must be able to handle alcoholic beverages
  • £17 per hour
  • Casual hours working Matchday and Non Matchdays events
  • Interviews taking place on December 3rd 4pm
Main Responsibilities
  • Attend pre‑match manager briefings and required training
  • Monitor staff working practices to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Le‑a‑i‑s‑e‑th‑e‑k‑i‑t‑e‑n‑s‑t‑o‑r‑y with the kitchen team to meet timings
  • Work in adherence to food allergens information and service procedures
  • Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guests, minimising wait times
  • Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages
  • Deliver optimal customer service experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Deal with customer and staff complaints efficiently
