We’re seeking talented casual Chefs at all levels to bring their passion and creativity to our kitchen. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development bringing innovative ideas to the table
  • Manage food inventory and minimise waste
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff (for higher-level positions)
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes
  • Adapt to changing needs and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a chef with level of experience commensurate with the position
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques food preparation and cooking methods
  • Excellent understanding of various cuisines and current food trends
  • Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
