Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Cash and Bank Analyst to manage and reconcile cash transactions specifically for the Funeralcare division. This role is crucial in addressing complex reconciliation issues while supporting process improvements and delivering success for the Cash and Banking Manager. Ideal candidates will hold an AAT qualification, possess strong Excel skills, and have experience managing complex processes. This position is office-based in Manchester City Centre and offers a pay rate of £18.00 per hour for a contract lasting six weeks.

Qualifications

• AAT qualification or currently studying.
• Experience handling complex processes and large transaction volumes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex balance sheet reconciliations and develop reports.
• Assist with reconciliation queries and disputes.
• Create training materials to support team development.
• Partner to prevent recurring reconciliation issues.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Provide specialist knowledge during system rollouts.
• Escalate issues promptly, proposing solutions.
