Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across properties in the Coventry area, so daily travel is essential in this area and the surrounding areas.

This is a long-term fixed term contract position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, planned works, and general maintenance within occupied and void properties.

The ideal candidate will be a strong 2nd Fix Carpenter with reliable multi-trade skills and the ability to work independently, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities

As a Carpenter Multi-Trader, your duties will include :

• Completing carpentry repairs, renewals and installations in occupied properties
• Undertaking multi-trade works including :
• Plumbing repairs (like-for-like)
• Tiling (mainly splashbacks)
• Patch plastering
• Painting & decorating
• General domestic repairs
