An established contractor is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a large, fast-paced social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering over 20,000 properties across Birmingham, including high-rise buildings. This is a secure, long-term opportunity within a well-established and expanding contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality carpentry repairs and multi-trade maintenance works in occupied and void properties
• Complete jobs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes
• Work to agreed budgets and timescales
• Support site inspections and quality checks when required
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Full UK driving licence
