Overview

Fraser Edwards are currently hiring for a Carpenter/ Multi Trade Operative on behalf of our leading construction contractor on private domestic properties within the York and surrounding areas.

Package

• Earning Potential up to £40,000

Main Duties

• To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties
• To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification
• Carpentry
• Plumbing - basin, tap, toilet repairs and changes
• Patch Tiling
• Patch Plastering
• UPVC repairs
• Double glazed unit replacement
• Lock change and forced entries
• Garage door repairs

Ideal Candidate

• Time Served Or Qualified within Carpentry Or Plumbing
• Full UK Manual Driving License
• 2+ Years Experience

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week
