Carpenter – Multi‑Skilled

Salary: £37,490 – £39,463 (North London)

We are recruiting for an experienced multi‑skilled carpenter with the ability to work within a social housing or local authority environment. You will undertake carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, delivering high quality, cost‑effective building services to the business and its customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work.
  • Provide right‑first‑time, cost‑effective building services.
  • Conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work, and recognised industrial standards, minimizing damage to the property fabric.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a carpenter with extended skills, previously in social housing.
  • NVQ2 (or equivalent) in carpentry or related trade.
  • Long‑term relevant trade experience.
  • Manual UK driving licence with ≥1 year significant driving experience.
  • Will be provided with a company van for working hours.
  • Compliance with company fleet policy and insurance.
