Job description

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join their team in Liverpool. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to lend a hand, we want to hear from you!

Position: Caretaker

Location: Liverpool, L23

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Hours: Split Shift - 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:15 PM to 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Help move and set up furniture for various events and needs.
  • Keep communal areas sparkling clean by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste efficiently.
  • Open and close gates at scheduled times while monitoring access to ensure security.
  • Provide general assistance around the premises as a "willing pair of hands".
  • Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks with ease.
  • Basic DIY or maintenance skills are a plus.
  • Must hold an enhanced DBS Check for Schools for safeguarding purposes.
