A community-focused housing organization in Chatham seeks individuals responsible for maintaining and cleaning communal areas of properties. Candidates should have strong customer liaison skills and experience in caretaking. Familiarity with health and safety protocols is essential. You'll be responsible for providing high quality maintenance and cleaning of designated internal and external communal areas of our properties. There are also gardening duties in some properties. You'll ensure the health, safety and security of the estates you’re assigned to, including dealing with fly tipping, abandoned vehicles and environmental nuisance. At times you’ll work with police, neighbourhood officers and community safety teams.
