An educational institution in Wirral is seeking a Careers Leader to manage the Careers Education strategy. This full-time role requires a Level 7 Careers Leader qualification and experience in delivering effective career strategies. The successful candidate will work with diverse teams to ensure that all learners have access to a comprehensive careers advice program. We are seeking a Careers Leader to join our Careers Team.
This is a full‑time role (35 hours per week) with a salary range of £34,309-£37,487 per annum.

About the Role
The Careers Leader will take operational responsibility for leading and implementing the College's Careers Education strategy. You will ensure an engaging and comprehensive careers information, advice, and guidance programme is embedded across the College, aligned with learners' interests and aspirations.
Working collaboratively with Heads of Department, curriculum teams and external partners, you will deliver a structured, age‑appropriate and personalised careers programme that supports all learners and apprentices – including those who are disadvantaged or have SEND or high needs – to make informed decisions about their future pathways.
