Job summary

A leading care provider in Harrogate is seeking compassionate individuals to deliver personal care and support services. Responsibilities include monitoring health indicators and assisting with hygiene. While previous experience in care is a plus, training will be provided. • Prepare and serve meals while supporting household duties.

• Record client progress and report condition changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
