Responsibilities

• Supporting service users with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assisting with meal preparation, eating, and ensuring good nutrition and hydration.
• Providing medication prompts in line with care plans.
• Supporting with mobility, social activities, and community engagement.
• Encouraging independence, choice, and involvement in daily living tasks.
• Completing light household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping).
• Keeping accurate records and reporting changes or concerns.
