Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour (minimum)
Shifts: Nights - 10pm-8am

As a Team Leader at Belong, you will provide professional leadership, coaching, and development to support workers. You will also be responsible for medication management, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date care plans. You should be experienced in planning your time and team’s activities while supporting individuals' needs.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and well-being in later years. The right candidate will be an exceptional role model, holding an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or working towards it), with experience in dementia care preferred.
